Manufacturer Management System

Run your trailer company from one system.

Your website, your dealer portal, and your shop floor, all working from the same orders. Dealers order and track every trailer; your team builds, ships, and invoices it; and your name is on all of it.

Made for enclosed and open trailer builders: cargo, utility, flatbed, dump, gooseneck, and car haulers.

What changes

What changes the week you start

Dealers stop calling for status.

Every order shows where it is, from frame to delivery. When a trailer comes off the line, its dealer gets an email with the finished photo.

Nothing gets typed twice.

An order becomes the work order, the load, the bill of lading, and the QuickBooks invoice, at the same price all the way through.

Shoppers reach a dealer.

People build a trailer on your website and send the build sheet. It goes to the nearest dealers, who quote it from their portal.

Your shop works from iPads.

Each station sees what’s next, checks off QA/QC, and takes build photos, in English or Spanish.

One thread, start to finish

From build sheet to paid invoice

Every step works from the step before it, so the price a dealer ordered at is the price on the invoice.

  1. Build sheet

A shopper builds a trailer on your website, and the nearest dealers get the lead.

  2. Order

The dealer orders at their tier’s price, with the options that fit that model.

  3. Schedule

It goes on the next day with room, with a work order.

  4. Shop floor

Stations move it along on iPads. QA/QC is checked and photos are kept.

  5. Load

It ships on a load with other dealers’ trailers and a bill of lading.

  6. Delivery

The driver marks each stop delivered from a phone, with a signed damage report.

  7. Invoice

QuickBooks gets the invoice at the locked-in price, and the payment comes back.

Your brand

Your name on everything

Trailer MMS stays in the background. Your dealers and your customers see your company.

  • Your logo, colors, and domain on every page.
  • Emails, PDFs, price lists, spec sheets, and window stickers in your design.
  • Authorized-dealer badges your dealers put on their own websites.
  • Your website in your own words, with your old site’s links sent to the new pages.
  • Dealers’ own logos on the window stickers for their lots.

Getting started

We set it up with you

Most of the setup is ours. You send what you have, and you try it working before your dealers see it.

  1. Send what you have

Your website, logo, price sheets, spec sheets, color chart, dealer list, parts lists, and photos. Messy spreadsheets are fine.

  2. We build your system

Your lineup, options, dealer prices and tiers, website, dealers on the map, and your shop’s stations and QA/QC checklist.

  3. You try it

Click through it with your own trailers in it, and tell us what to change.

  4. Go live

Your website moves over, your old links follow, and your dealers’ owners get their invitations.

How setup works

Your data

Your data stays yours

Manufacturers compete and often share dealers. Trailer MMS keeps every company completely separate.

Your own database

Your own database and file storage, separate from every other manufacturer. Nobody else’s dealers, prices, or customers are in it.

A full copy any time

Download everything, as Excel or JSON: dealers, orders, trailers, leads, quotes, warranties, prices, and parts.

Mistakes can be undone

Deleted trailers and loads come back for 15 days, and your database can be rolled back to any minute in the last 30.

Support visits are logged

When we help inside your portal, it’s recorded in your own activity log.

See it with your trailers in it

Send us your website and a price sheet, and we’ll show you how your lineup, dealers, and shop would run in Trailer MMS.
